● Mentor, manage, and lead video, photo and podcast teams.

● Design and execute video campaigns for editorial and sales initiatives.

● Provide creative direction for the brand through video/print graphics, thumbnail design, layout, social media, and SEO.

● Produce editorial video to ethical journalistic standards with proper sourcing.

● Grew subscriptions to our video CMS by over 470% in 3 years.

● Manage our two professional photo and video studios and all camera and stage equipment, writing and securing rental contracts, working with clients to aid their film and video productions.

● Deliver video and photo products on tight deadlines and on budget, including a client production proposed to cost 50% of total investment, but was able to reduce to 3%, achieving the same quality.

● Still remain hands on when needed handling requests from CEO level to day-to-day projects.

2008 - Current

● My video production company where I freelance creative direction, video editing, and podcast consulting.

2015 - 2018

● Spearheaded the direction and delivery of over 200 filmed lessons and recipes for their largest client, an acclaimed culinary institution that has now launched an online baking school.

● Strategized with Producer and Creative Director to plan, execute and deliver video for corporate, commercial, and nonprofit clients in the form of documentary, brand films and commercials.

2013 - 2015

● Designed lighting for the newsroom studio as well as onboarded staff with proper live switching protocol and camera operation while also serving as Technical Director for live field productions.

● Created one of the longest-running video series featuring theater performances recreated in studio.
